The creator and sustainer of Philosophy of Religion .Info, theological questions aside, is Tim Holt. Tim has Bachelor's and Master's degrees in philosophy from the University of Sheffield, and a Diploma in Theology from the University of Oxford. After a stint teaching A-level Philosophy, Religious Studies, and Critical Thinking at Cirencester College, he left to start White Web Services, a small web development company.
Tim is a fan of and casual participant in numerous sports. He won a half-blue at the 2001 Orienteering Varsity Match, and does the occasional long-distance walk. In August 2003 he and his wife Jenny walked the length of the Welsh border (about 180 miles) on the Offa’s Dyke Path, and in 2006 they completed the West Highland Way.
Tim also enjoys thought-provoking films, growing chillis, and Islay malts.
